Authentic Chicken Shawarma

Cooking Instructions:
  
SERVES 4-5 
Preparing the Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Chicken Shawarma Marinate (500g) or Persian Marinated Chicken (500)
- vegetable oil
Steps:
1. Make sure to defrost chicken shawarma marinate or chicken Persian mariante up to room temp.
2. Heat up pan over medium heat and grease with some vegetable oil
3. Place chicken until cooked through for 4-5 mins while flipping
Preparing the Relish
Ingredients:
- 1-2 Red Onions
- 2 heads Romaine Lettuce
- 2-3 Tomato of your choice
- Salt 
- Freshly cracked pepper
Steps:
1. Wash Vegetable thoroughly 
2. Thinly slice all vegetables (remove tomato seeds)
3. In a bowl, mix all together and add salt & Freshly cracked pepper
Preparing the Pita Bread
Ingredients:
- Frozen Pita Bread (5pcs)
Steps:
1. Bring bread to room temp
2. Heat pan to medium heat
3. Place Pita Bread on pan for 2-3 minutes, keep flipping until Pita bread rises
Assembling the Shawarma
Ingredients:
- Pita Bread
- Chicken Shawarma
- Relish
- Garlic Sauce by Charlie and Angus
Steps:
1. Cut open the pita bread
2. Stuff with chicken shawarma
3. Add relish
4. Drizzle with garlic sauce
5. Fold Pita bread
6. Serve!
