Collection: Chinese Ham

Ingredients

• 1pc King Sue Chinese Style Ham Raw
• 2 cups Brown Sugar
• 2 Tables Spoon Whole Pepper
• 2 Bulbs Read Onion
• 2 Bulbs Garlic
• 750mL Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 Cup Light Soy Sauce
• 1/4 Cup Honey
• Dried Bay Leaves / Laurel Leaves

How To Cook:

Preparing the ham

Step 1: Unpack Raw Chinese Ham and completely Dip/Submerge in Water overnight (make sure to remove all plastic packaging) to soften up salt casing on ham

Step 2: After an overnight of submerging the ham in water remove excess Salt From Ham and set aside

Cooking the Ham

Step 1: Use a large Pan (Make sure the whole ham can fit), place stove on medium to high heat, Sauté chopped Garlic and Red onions together until golden brown

Step 2: Pour all remaining ingredients, wet ingredients first then dry until soup base is simmering

Step 3: Set stove on low to medium heat, place Ham inside, Close lid and flip from time to time then slowly cook ham for 3 hours, Add water to adjust strength of Flavor.
