Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350F (175C).

Prepare the Salmon: Pat the thawed salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper. Place them in a baking dish.

Make the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and cream cheese until soft and creamy. Fold in the grated mozzarella, followed by the lemon juice and zest. Spread this mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

Make the Crust: In a pan, toast the breadcrumbs until lightly golden. Toss in the chopped parsley and melted butter, then sprinkle the mixture over the salmon.

Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is golden. Serve and enjoy!
